Cecilus is a young man who has blue eyes, dark blue hair and a signature mole on his left side of his chin. He wears a blue kimono that he obtained from Kararagi one of the four great nations. Cecilus is sighted to be charming, easy going and generous. But deep down he is very prideful, specifically when it comes to his position in the Nine God generals. His sole goal is to achieve the "Heavenly Sword" title. Cecilus wields two of the Ten Swords of Power. Both of the "swords" he wields are actually katanas. __Murasame:__ or the "Fiend Sword" Is the red blade and is Cecilus's main weapon.
