About Haruki Shiga
A guy who incidentally found a book in the hospital titled "Disease Coexistence Journal" which is owned by his classmate [Sakura Yamauchi](https://anilist.co/character/127118/Yamauchi-Sakura). It is revealed in the last chapter of the novel that his name is Haruki Shiga (志賀春樹).
