About Minoru Jissouji
Former instructor at a gunnery school in Yokosuka during the war. Kasuga attended some of his lectures while serving in the Imperial Japanese Army Air Service. Before the 1964 Tokyo Olympic Games, he is hired by the Japanese government to prevent further attacks by the monster that attacked Ise Bay in 1959. He recruits Asa and Kasuga to assist with the mission.
