About Nanao Nakajima
Can neutralize other people’s powers. After his ability mutates, he is able to neutralize the human body functions too. This can mean neutralizing their bodily functions (breathing, heartbeat, etc.). In addition, the extent of neutralizing human body functions allows him to neutralize people's moral capacity, turning them into temporary killing machines.
