About Obikawa Kiyoshi
Obikawa is a resident in Tsurukame Villa along with Tokinaga and the landlord Ikari-san. He is, in actuality, the snake Ipo known as Orokapi, who had eaten the original Obikawa Kiyoshi and took over his body.
