About Tono Katasuke
Katasuke Tōno is a tokubetsu jōnin of Konohagakure's Scientific Ninja Weapons Team. After the Fourth Great Shinobi War, Katasuke headed up an effort to help all surviving war causalities recover from their maiming injuries.
