About Tsav
A former elite assassin raised by an assassination cult. He possesses supernatural-level sniping abilities, but during his time as an assassin, he would develop empathy for his targets, preventing him from killing them, and would instead turn innocent people into "mincemeat" to cover up his losses. He's easygoing and talkative, and loves gambling.
