Who we are

manhwaindex is an independent catalog at manhwaindex.com. Questions about this policy go to hello@manhwaindex.com.

What we do not collect

  • No accounts, sign-ups, passwords or profiles exist on this site.
  • We never ask for your name, address, phone number or payment details.
  • Search terms typed into the site search stay in your browser. The search runs on a static file inside your own device and is never sent to us.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies and records a shortened version of your IP address, your approximate country, your device type and the pages you open. It does not tell us who you are.

You can block it with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, a tracker blocker, or your browser cookie controls.

Advertising

This site may display ads served by Google AdSense and other third-party vendors.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a prior visit to this website or other websites.
  • Google advertising cookies let Google and its partners serve ads based on your visit to this site or other sites on the internet.

Hosting and security logs

The site is served by Cloudflare. Cloudflare keeps short-lived request logs, including IP addresses, to block attacks and abuse. We do not read or use those logs for marketing. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.

External links and images

Cover art is loaded from AniList image servers, so your browser contacts them when a page opens. Every reading and watching link sends you to a third-party platform with its own privacy policy. Once you leave this site, we have no control over and no visibility into what happens.

Email

Mail sent to our addresses is routed by Cloudflare Email Routing to a private inbox. We keep your message only as long as it takes to answer it, and we never add you to a mailing list.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal accounts, there is usually nothing for us to delete. If you believe we hold data about you, write to hello@manhwaindex.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
